Forest Park Swim Club Reservation Information & Request for Non-Members

Please complete the form below to request a date to host your party at Forest Park.  You’ll be receiving an email that will confirm whether or not your requested date is available.  If that day is available, a $200 deposit is required to hold that date, the deposit can be paid via Venmo or with a debit or credit card here.

Rates are as follows:

  • Up to 20 people for four hours $300
  • Up to 30 people for four hours $400
  • Up to 40 people for four hours $500
  • Up to 50 people for four hours $600

Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. If the remaining balance is not received 14 days prior, your event is subject to cancellation and/or additional fees.  Refunds are not available should your event be canceled due to non-payment.  Final payments can be made here.

All cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to the event or the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are available for cancellations due to weather.  Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the event will receive a refund.  All refunds are subject to a credit card processing fee.

On the day of the party a total headcount, signed liability waivers for non-members, and payment in full is required. A packet with a non-member sign-in sheet and waivers will be made available for you. Every guest attending the party must sign a Liability Waiver Form. The member hosting the party is responsible for paying all the fees and submitting the waivers on the day of the party.

Renters are responsible to clean up after the party and dispose of all garbage and food prior to leaving. There are garbage cans, liners, cleaning supplies, and a large garbage container by the back gate for your convenience and use.
