How to hold your next party at Forest Park Swim Club

  • Check the reservation calendar below to see if your date is available
    • If your date is currently filled, you may still submit a request to be contacted in the case of a cancellation
    • An open calendar date is not a guarantee of availability
  • Submit party reservation request form
    • Reservation requests for 20 guests or less and no more than 10 children must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of the party date
    • Reservation requests for over 20 guests or more than 10 children must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the party date
    • Submission of the form is not a guarantee of reservation
  • FP party reservation coordinator will email within three business days of submission to confirm reservation
  • Upon confirmation, a deposit will be required within three business days to secure reservations. Swim Club Members are required to pay a $50 deposit. The $50 fee will be applied to the final cost of your party. 
  • A confirmation email with important reservation details and invoice will be sent within 3 business days of deposit.
  • Waivers for non-member party guests must be signed ahead of time online or non-member guests may bring in a printed signed copy or fill one out when entering the property.
  • Final payment is due 5 days before the reservation date.

Guests vs Party Reservations

Members of Forest Park are encouraged to invite family and friends (up to 10 guests per visit) to come enjoy the pool with them during the season. Members must be present with guests while they are visiting the pool. Forest Park members are responsible for ensuring guests abide by the pool’s code of conduct.

Guest cards are available at the Gatekeeper desk and can be purchased for $25 per card. Each card has 5 guest pass credits.

Having guests does not ensure private use of the front area tables or back patio, which are all first come first served. If you are planning a gathering of 10 or more people or want to reserve space, a party reservation must be made.

Reservations are for up to four hours which already includes any setup/clean up time. Additional hours may be purchased at $50/hour.

Party Reservation Guidelines:

 - All non-member guests are required to sign a waiver to be on pool property.
 - Hosts are responsible for their guests' behavior and ensuring they follow Forest Park’s code of conduct.
 - We ask all party hosts to clean up after their event, utilizing the provided garbage cans, liners, and cleaning supplies.
 - Cancellations must occur 5 days before the event or the deposit will be forfeited. Cancelations made prior to 5 days before the event will receive a deposit refund. All refunds are subject to a credit card processing fee.
 - Final payment is due 5 days before the party event.
