Forest Park Swim Club Members Reservation Information & Request
Please complete the form below to request a date to host your party at Forest Park. You’ll be receiving an email that will confirm whether or not your requested date is available. If that day is available, a $50 deposit is required to hold that date, the deposit can be paid via Venmo or with a debit or credit card here.
Reservations are for two hours with the option to purchase additional time for $20/hour.
On the day of the party a total headcount, signed liability waivers for non-members, and payment in full is required. A packet with a non-member sign-in sheet and waivers will be made available for you. Every guest attending the party must sign a Liability Waiver Form. The member hosting the party is responsible for paying all the fees and submitting the waivers on the day of the party.
If there are more than 10 children or 20 people attending the party, an additional lifeguard will be hired to ensure the safety of all who are there to enjoy the pool. Each additional Lifeguard hired costs $18 an hour.
All cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to the event or the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are available for cancellations due to weather. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the event will receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a credit card processing fee.
Members are responsible to clean up after the party and dispose of all garbage and food prior to leaving. There are garbage cans, liners, cleaning supplies, and a large garbage container by the back gate for your convenience and use.
